Order & Delivery Delivery Guide & Costs Both local and international orders are delivered by SingPost*. International Shipping costs are charged according to weight of items. *Local Customers: If you need to receive your order quicker, we will be glad to post it via a private courier service. Please contact us at [email protected] for details. *International Customers: If you need express delivery, we will be glad to post your order via EMS (3 working days), please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide you with the EMS shipping quotations. Local delivery We aim to deliver all local orders in 3 working days. However, sometimes during festive season or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us at [email protected]. We highly recommend opting for registered mail to prevent any loss of parcels and tracking of parcel can be done at the SingPost website. We will not be responsible for any packages lost when you opt for normal mail. Self-Collection of Orders For local (Singapore) customers, self-collection can be done without any prevailing charges.
